Ms. Berk is the Managing Search Consultant for Keating Advisors. Ms. Berk serves as the lead consultant on search engagements. Ms. Berk's goal is to assist clients in building high performance HR teams. She advises clients on the recruitment process, sourcing, interviewing and selection. With experience in recruiting for human resources talent, she has a broad understanding of each specialty within HR.

Ms. Berk has over 13 years of recruitment and search experience. Before joining Keating Advisors, Ms. Berk managed recruitment and human resources for Sodexo's corporate headquarters, and served as a lead consultant with IBS Human Resources Consulting. Ms. Berk earned her Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
