Andrea Stacey Glenn Jennifer

PATTY BURKE
Principal

Ms. Burke is a principal at Keating Advisors and leads the Boston office. She has extensive experience working with companies to build and implement strategic human capital solutions that support business goals. Her focus is on designing performance management systems that support development of key competencies, align employees’ behaviors with business objectives, and establish a consistent link between contribution and rewards.

Ms. Burke has experience leading small and large-scale HR transformation efforts and partnering with company’s top business leaders to design and implement talent management solutions. Her recent project work includes designing and implementing a comprehensive competency model to support career development and performance management; delivering a comprehensive change management program for a global business transformation; and designing and implementing a global diversity strategy and programs for a Fortune 500 company which led to recognition as a top company for diversity.

Prior to joining Keating Advisors, Ms. Burke was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. She led several large-scale projects focused on building and implementing talent management programs including total rewards strategies, performance management programs, workforce transition programs, competency models, global diversity programs, and orientation/on-boarding programs. 

Ms. Burke holds an M.B.A from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a B.A. in Human and Organization Development from Vanderbilt University.
