Ms. Daniels has experience in all aspects of total rewards strategy design and human resources projects implementation consulting. She has a proven track record in project management, conducting detailed compensation analysis, and developing pay-for-performance strategy. Ms. Daniels takes a methodical, organized approach to problem solving. She enjoys collaborating "hands-on" with clients to help solve their business and human capital needs.

Ms. Daniels has worked with clients in a variety of industries including nonprofit, government contracting, technology, energy, education (elementary, secondary and higher education), educational testing/assessment, and professional services.
Prior to joining Keating Advisors, Ms. Daniels was an undergraduate student at American University, working as Executive Apartment Assistant for the Office of Housing and Dining.

Ms. Daniels completed her bachelor’s degree in philosophy magna cum laude at American University in Washington, DC.
